Job Description: Easterseals of Louisiana has a new partnership and we need a dynamic person to join our team and help us build this new program. We are seeking a Case Manager in our Housing division. Are you looking for a position in Human Services that makes a difference? Do you want a salary along with top-shelf Benefits & ample Time Off? Will engage high-risk individuals with a focus on successfully linking them to needed higher level of care. Participates as an active member of Unity of GNO's Service Providers and Professionals Association (SPPA). Submit routine reports and outcome data, per contractual requirements, will utilize HMIS system. Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings. Attend and participate in required training. Work with surviors of doemestic violence.   Position Requirements Qualifications (please take note, we have no flexibility on degrees accepted. These are conditions of our contractor): a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field (i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Social Services, Family & Participant Science, Rehabilitation Services, or equivalent.) Reliable transportation so that you may make visits to the field to conduct participant visits. You may anticipate about 50% or more of your time will be in the field visits. Easterseals Louisiana is a Drug-Free Workplace, pre-employment and random drug tests will be administered. Will be required to pass Easterseals Louisiana background check Those who do not choose to be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination, will be required to follow agency protocols.
