Share Email Opening Title Snow Shoveler  Description Title / Position: Snow Shoveler Position type: Seasonal: Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt. Reports to: Director of Property Services We are looking for someone who can assist in clearing snow at Bromley; particularly in our Village. Summary: Primary responsibility is to assist the property services team within the Bromley Village. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in clearing snow Conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times Keep a good daily record of all work performed Maintains quality standards that are set by the company Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Qualifications and Competencies: Team oriented Able to work independently Attention to detail Have reliable transportation Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This individual works outdoors during winter. The position requires the safe operation of snow shovels on a regular basis. Physical Demands: This is a physically active position requiring several hours of walking, bending, reaching and lifting. Additional: Must be willing and able to work toward completion of projects.
