Manager, Helpline Program, Client Services- needed for full-time, permanent position in Manhattan responsible for overall management of the 24/7 helpline services. The program uses voice, text and chat services. The social worker will be responsible for general oversight including holistic training of staff, volunteers and interns in the helpline protocols and procedures as well as the basics of Gender Based Violence.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

Position Requirements

Requires BSW or MSW, supervisor or other management experience, and bilingual in an Asian language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Bengali, or other Asian language).
