Share Email Opening Title Workforce Program Manager Position(s)  Post Internal Days 10   Description WORKFORCE PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION(S)  Goodwill Industries Big Bend Inc., is hiring multiple Program Manager Positions in the Tallahassee, Florida area for the Mission Services Department. Based upon the applicant’s skillset and qualifications will determine the actual department the individual will lead, develop and manage. These are department supervisory level positions and will report directly to VP of Mission Services.  Compensation  $48,000 - $52,000 annually dependent upon experience.   Two Weeks paid time off Job Requirements  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Psychology, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.  Valid Florida Driver’s License with an insurable driving record, current private auto insurance policy, some travel required.  Long term supervisory experience of multiple professional level personnel.  Experience managing grant or government funded programs, data reporting, tracking and analysis.  Experience managing individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.   Ability to pass a Level 2 background & fingerprint check.  Proficiency in Office 365, project management computer software programs, and in the use of client management database systems.  Responsibilities  Management of Goodwill program, direct supervision of professional level personnel and clients. Reports directly to VP of Mission Services.  Working with people with disabilities, management of programs that serve disabilities.   Contract management, facilitate multiple projects simultaneously, meets deadlines.  Department budget good business practices and financial responsibility, grant management, resource allocation.  Supervision of program outcomes, Case Managers and results.  Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as compliance with Goodwill and Mission Services policies and procedures.  Collect then analyze data & adjust strategy accordingly, communicate, coordinate with Mission Management Team, identify needs and solutions, supports staff.  In partnership with Mission leadership, hire, train, & supervise a team of not only staff but also volunteers – including performance management.  Act as representative of Goodwill brand for key partners, and agencies while providing world class customer service for both internal and external clients.     Position Requirements   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Tags - to enhance sourcing Program Manager, Administrator, Department Manager, Social Services, Non-Profit   Rate of Pay $48K-$52K per year, dependent upon experience   Position Vocational Rehabitation Program Manager   Close Date 9/30/2023   Number of Openings 3   Hiring Manager(s) Rick Campbell, Roxanne Tabo   Open Date 9/18/2023   Location Mission Services-157   About the Organization Welcome!
