The Supervisor will report to the Associate Director, Customer Experience, and is expected to supervise and be an exemplary example for Ambassadors. They will specialize in and elevate the AREA15 Customer Experience team via the four pillars of service: Information Services, VIP & Membership sales & service, Community Engagement and VIP/Concierge Relations. The Supervisor will increase employee engagement and serve to exceed, not just meet, visitor expectations pre- during and post-AREA15 visit. Ultimately, we expect each employee to personify AREA15 itself: Authentic. Engaged. Uninhibited. Welcoming. Visionary. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Uphold and improve overall customer experience across our pillars of service and link team member efforts to the business results. Supervise daily operations and administrative duties of the CXC, including but not limited to scheduling, monitoring team members, reporting KPIs, and handling escalation issues. Train new ambassadors on AREA15 talking points, POS, sales, promotions, and experiences. Lead daily debrief sessions with Ambassador teams post-huddle and with Ambassadors scheduled for later shift-assignments; makes sure all Ambassadors are following department P&P's including completion of arrival and departure checklists. Assist in identifying and developing traffic driver initiatives, including, but not limited to on-site and off-site programming and community engagement opportunities. Work with Management & Marketing to sell, promote, and meet KPI's & Sales Goals for Membership, Insider Packages and other experience/event sales initiatives. Coordinate, schedule, and fulfill Insider Experience & VIP tour requests. Be able to speak to the history of the project and its current services and offerings. Assist in monitoring and responding to customers via digital CX platforms (Zoho, etc.) inc. answering inquiries and requests via phone, email and LiveChat (TBD online messaging); walking visitors through onsite sales and making ticket changes as needed. Continue to perform Ambassador duties as follows: Work with the Management on a daily basis to understand and convey all marketing and sales messaging and initiatives. Play a role in the narrative of AREA15, guiding visitors in their journey throughout the space and discovery of AREA15's special access opportunities. Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements, and seek to provide timely and positive resolutions, being available throughout the property for directions and visitor questions. Acts in various capacities including: Greeter/Floater, Brand Ambassador, Hospitality Agent, Tour Guides, Street Team Member and Promoter. Ambassadors will be expected to be flexible and fulfill any of these responsibilities at any given time. Promotion of AREA15 and its services: distributing brand product samples, brochures, flyers, etc., to various events and in support of on-site ticket sales at AREA15 Represent AREA15 at off-site promotional and community events (i.e. Tradeshows, Convention, Festivals and more) Report on demonstration-related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.) Monitor information on website and other various digital outlets to ensure consistent and real-time messaging is accurate (hours of operations, current event details, etc.)   Location AREA15 Las Vegas   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer. High School degree or related experience in brand marketing, communications, promotion or sales. Exceptional customer service, excelling in verbal communication and in-person conversational skills. Highly articulate. Ability to understand visitor needs and handle different types of personalities. Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills. Must be outgoing and engage new visitors to AREA15. Demonstrate and provide information on AREA15 and its experiences. Be authentic in your enthusiasm for AREA15. Have a talent for relationship-building and storytelling, willing to dress in costume on occasion. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and in various weather conditions.
