Maintenance Inventory Clerk 


Position Summary

Employee will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the parts inventory as well as the overall appearance and organization of the inventory areas.

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30  PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizes and maintains the parts inventory for the facility and plant equipment.
  • Orders, receives and puts away parts.
  • Performs cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy. 
  • Maintains vendor relations. 
  • Works with maintenance and project personnel to identify parts, materials and any equipment needed. 
  • Checks out and returns inventory.
  • Coordinates the repair of repairable inventory.
  • Kits and stages parts for work orders.   
  • Organizes and maintains the tool crib. 
  • Acts as backup to Inventory Control Specialist. 
  • Performs other administrative duties as directed by Plant Engineer.
  • Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
Position Requirements

Job Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in inventory control or warehouse management.

Other Skills: Must have strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills. Be able to work independently with moderate supervision.
