We do this by listening, learning, and acting to help individuals and families navigate the barriers that prevent them from moving their life forward in a positive way. The Health and Safety Coach position is a critical member of our SAL Child Care Connection team, a program under SAL Community Services. In the role, you will be conducting on-site visits to License Exempt (LE) child care providers to ensure the safety and qualify of those homes while also providing support to those providers. You will: Identify health and safety concerns; Provide assistance to providers on Health and Safety Standards, including training requirements, and' Strengthen the child care system by helping provide quality child care options for child care providers, families, and children.
