Position Requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, digital media, communication, website design and minimum one year of website management or two (2) years of experience in digital marketing management.
  2. Two (2) years supervisory experience.
  3. Proven experience in SEO, emailing marketing, CMS and website management.
  4. Experience utilizing social media platforms to conduct advertising campaigns.
  5. Strong proofing skills, including grammar and spelling.
  6. Can demonstrate excellent presentation skills, including communication skills, interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and demeanor.
  7. Computer literate in basic design principles to support UX/UI, basic photo editing, word processing, excel, and database management.
  8. Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines, monitor numerous projects/dates, etc.
  9. Perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers, good auditory acuity, needs to bend, lift and maneuver while performing routine office functions; needs to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
  10. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
  11. Must be at least 21 years of age.



  1. Experience with HTML, CSS and marketing automation and CRM.


The Digital Marketing Manager core focus is managing company’s websites, email programs, mobile marketing and paid and organic social media. In addition to maintaining those areas, this individual will support the long-term vision and strategic plan for digital marketing at Wildhorse and its entities. The individual will work collaboratively with the Marketing Team and manage others to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role.



  1. In collaboration with the Director of Marketing build, plan and implement the digital marketing strategy for Wildhorse Resort & Casino owned media – channels include direct marketing (email), website, App and social media functions.
  2. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that affect the digital marketing landscape and devise solutions to solve them.
  3. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  4. Act as primary web master of the Wildhorse owned websites and other sites as assigned.
  5. Identify, troubleshoot and escalate any web-related issues affecting guest experience and usability of all enterprise websites.
  6. Collaborates with the Marketing team to execute on the needs for digital marketing.
  7. Manage, organize and create new or edit existing web content to ensure its engaging with a layout conducive to a positive user experience and brand integrity.
  8. Provide training on content management system to designated staff as needed.
  9. Design, implement and analyze direct email marketing campaigns while ensuring the email marketing program follows best practices and legal compliance.
  10. Responsible for the management of the social media program in order to provide strategic goals, analytics and execution of a social media strategy.
  11. Manages timely delivery of marketing deadlines.
  12. Proofreads for clarity, grammar and spelling.
  13. Works closely with outside advertising agencies and external web developers.
  14. Participation and development of a tribal member workforce.
  15. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the supervisor.
  16. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  17. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
  18. Other related duties as assigned.
