LERETA is an industry leader with an enormous focus on technology, innovation, and commitment to service excellence.   Open Date 8/23/2023   Position Senior Data Conversion Programmer   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Category Tax&Flood   Location Remote   Req Number TAX-23-00125   Description The Senior Data Conversion Programmer develops, translates, and maintains an appropriate database structure allowing for efficient and effective data retrieval for Tax Application Database or other tax servicing systems. The role reviews completed conversion maps and executes quality control procedures ensuring that input/output files meet all requirements.   Data file load Processing Develops and maintains the workflow tools used in the entire tax organization Independently completes simple and complex mapping assignments within the specified SLAs Executes the mapping Quality Control procedures on all converted data, minimizing the number of mapping-related reworks Analyzes input data and data layouts as they relate to the provided programming specifications, identify and anticipate issues, and (if necessary) return specifications to the previous level when required Works with other Data Conversion Programmers to provide guidance and training with file extract and workflow management software Develops maps, maintains and/or enhances data workflow tools, including Global 360, as needed Reviews and monitor programs, enhancements, and tools on a regular basis to ensure best practices are being utilized Provides reports to management on a regular basis and recommends solutions as issues arise Ensures client SLAs are adhered to and met on a consistent basis Reviews existing applications, make recommendations and work with IT development team to make changes and enhancements This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department. SALARY RANGE: $77,057 - $102,743   Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent A minimum of 5 years data conversion experience Experience with data conversion tools Experience in Cosmos and Global 360 A minimum of two years product experience in a Windows based client-server environment using relational database technology Tax Servicing Industry experience and / or experience with relevant product knowledge Experience with SyncSort, Microsoft Office, SQL, Oracle and Serena Dimensions   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
