The associate will ensure all orders are processed quickly and accurately, while communicating by phone and email with the exchanges as needed to resolve sales issues. The associate will also assist other operations teams with tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be critical thinkers who possess an acumen for problem solving and have keen attention to detail.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager! The Business Development Manager will have a primary focus on growing portfolio and managing existing relationships with venues and primary ticketing sources within the family show genre. They are responsible for working towards growing our networks with teams, venues and primary ticketing suppliers. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing and growing industry-specific partnerships while supporting over arching Business Development initiatives.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Network, Prospect and cultivate Family Entertainment specific partnership opportunities through face to face meetings, phone calls, emails and other means of communication.
  • Actively manage a pipeline for new opportunities.
  • Increase top line investments and bottom-line profitability through partner relationships.
  • Work with current business development and pricing teams to maintain and grow partnerships currently within our portfolio.
  • Be visible, accessible and cultivate the relationships with potential partners and current partners.
  • Develop customized partner proposals that outline the company’s distinct capabilities, and strategic goals.
  • Conduct partner presentations for the new prospects/current partners professionally outlining and communicating companies background, strategies, references, tools and philosophy.
  • Day to day point of contact on all Family Entertainment related partnerships/investments.
  • Management of a team of employees (up to 5).

Required Experience:

  • 4-year college degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience:

  • Interest in the music and live entertainment industry.
