The right person has the ability to take initiative, work independently on decision making and problem solving, and provides exceptional customer service! Job Duties Include: Oversees day to day operations. Coordinates a warm welcome to new team members Leads employee engagement efforts Ensures free flow of information, including rounding on staff Manages staffing schedule, time off and attendance policy Maintains a safe, clean and organized facility Resolves patient concerns in a friendly, efficient manner Participates in annual budget planning Ensures safety through risk management rounds, equipment checks, sterilization, etc Leads quality improvement initiatives Ensure patients receive culturally competent care *This is a general outline and more details to be discussed throughout the interview process* Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience?
