Billing & Returns Specialist 



The Billing and Returns Specialist is crucial member of the Operations team. This position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of all Customer and Supplier returns as well as greeting, assisting, and billing for the daily Will Call customers. Additional duties include providing support to the Yard and Dispatch teams and maintaining the Yard documentation management system. Whether working with our customers, our vendor partners, or internal co-workers, this position must provide a positive customer experience to everyone.

The ideal candidate is an organized individual with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A passion for Customer Service is critical for the success of this candidate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with all people, both inside and outside the organization
  • Enjoys and excels at problem solving


  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
