As an Early Childhood Teacher on our team, you will create a quality learning environment that actively engages children to both learn and play. You will play a role in enhancing the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth of children. This means you’ll do things like: Create and follow lesson plans; Assess the developmental needs of children to build their knowledge and skills; Develop positive working relationships with families; and, Participate in personal development to grow your own knowledge, skills and abilities as an early childhood educator. Minimum requirements All Early Childhood Education Teachers must obtain background clearances, be able to complete physical tasks such as sit, stand, lift 25 pounds, and view children, and can meet certification and credentialing requirements.
