NetSPI is looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Managing Director to serve our prestigious clients; a person that will work as a field leader in partnership with our account executives to generate new business, create positive impacts and grow existing business, develop and maintain strong, broad, and deep client relationships, and support a dynamic team. Working in close partnership with clients and internal leadership, the Managing Director will manage a portfolio of business and provide leadership and support to our multi-located teams. Responsibilities: Maintain strong client relationships and expand our contacts within the client organization Ensure the highest quality of service, and solicit and act on client feedback to continually improve Identify and lead new opportunities to grow the client footprint Assist in account planning and strategizing efforts by leveraging relationships and senior-level experience Manage account profitability, overseeing scoping, SOW negotiation, resourcing and delivery Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements and teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and exceed client satisfaction; act as the overall delivery quality executive for a client Lead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the company; including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities Play a key role in expanding our cybersecurity practice by providing excellent client facing service consulting services Provide valuable client feedback and experience-based opinions that will positively impact NetSPI's Go to Market (GTM) strategy Work with clients in all industries to effectively and efficiently raise their cybersecurity posture Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of NetSPI team members Participate in mentorship and coaching opportunities as a senior professional of NetSPI Provide key contributions to thought leadership efforts through writing and speaking engagements Create and manage new deal flow and originate new client engagements that fit NetSPI's strategy Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential corporate partners Requirements: Experience growing accounts through exceptional service and partnership, both in business development as well as service delivery Deep expertise with offensive security services, including program development Consulting experience in the field of cyber security An entrepreneurial drive and steadfast self-discipline A motivational, impactful, and collaborative leadership style A strategic mindset followed by a powerful drive for execution An embodiment of NetSPI culture and values An unwavering commitment to results driven by empathy for our clients and employees A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university A minimum of 10 years of practitioner-level work experience, with experience in cybersecurity required Self-motivated with ability to drive projects and initiatives   Location Remote   About the Organization NetSPI is a fast-growing, dynamic cybersecurity company headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
