All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Case Manager, Supportive Housing Program- BSWs and LMSWs needed for full-time, permanent positions in the Bronx providing case management services to individuals with chronic substance abuse, mental and medical conditions.  The social worker will help individuals in the supportive housing program stay housed by providing care coordination, de-escalation, substance abuse counseling, and assistance in developing daily living skills.   BSW Annual Salary Range: $50,000-$52,000, MSW Annual Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000.   Position Requirements ?The ideal candidate is empathetic and can think on their feet and remain calm when crises arise. Requires BSW or LMSW, bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred, not required. New social workers without a social work license are welcome to apply, but they will need to obtain their social work license within 6 months of hire.      This position is currently accepting applications.
