Community Physical Therapy is a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin. We have an Immediate Opening for an OT to provide consistent home care and out-patient services in the southwest suburbs, most especially at our Assisted Living and Independent Living - Barrington campus.
If you have a passion for geriatric rehabilitation this is a great prn opportunity to work with in the southwest suburbs within beautiful Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities. Your role will be to provide either Home Care or Out-Patient therapy services to residents right where they live: Recent Home Care experience with completing Open OASIS preferred. Workdays / hours are flexible but do require Monday thru Friday availability during regular business hours. Weekend needs are variable. Documentation systems: Kinnser and Thera Office.
