Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client agreements for assigned accounts and ongoing contact with the client to enhance the relationship, develop processes and cost efficiencies while resolving service-related problems. Retain the client through excellent client service, assist in the development of revenue targets for each client, expand revenue opportunities and increase profitability from additional business opportunities.
  • Communicate with all service entities throughout account-related projects establishing relationships to provide outstanding services and maintain on-time performance within budget. Negotiate vendor pricing for client cost savings and company margins.
  • Resolve unforeseen circumstances/service issues. Identify root causes and develop solutions to prevent a re-occurrence.
  • May work with subject matter experts to read and understand product inventories, plan drawings, analyze pricing and create accurate client proposalsin a customized professional manner while adhering to contractual guidelines. Assist or perform as needed with creating marked-up floor plans in an electronic format acceptable to teams or the client, illustrating the modifications to the floor plans and the “to” and “from” locations for all personnel moves along with the final move matrix and submit as requested.
  • Define changes in scope to increase the budget and reduce potential write-offs. Research service delivery issues and work with appropriate parties in order to meet the client's expectations. Identify the root causes of issues and develop solutions to prevent a reoccurrence.
  • Report upon relevant metrics on volume, claims, cost, KPI's, etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating, managing, and auditing the services and ensuring that all performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Conduct business reviews as applicable.
  • Comply with invoice and billing requirements to establish timely cash flow through receivables.
  • Assist the Collections group as needed when receivables become aged or to assist in overcoming invoice payment obstacles.
  • Track all billable and non-billable time and expenses associated to projects utilizing systems as required and within the necessary timeframes.
 
Position Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in most MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have commercial relocation industry experience

 

Education:

  • Associate's Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Would consider 3 years of work experience in lieu of formal education.

 

Experience:

  • Requires technical knowledge, training, and understanding of a job's requirements.
  • Requires commercial relocation industry experience.
  • Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary -$50k-$55k. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k),health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage.
