We value collaboration, compassion, and teamwork!   Summary:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, productivity, and excellence across various departments to achieve organizational goals. Strongly prefer someone with a clinical background.   Responsibilities:  Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.  Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the understanding, integration and utilization of an EMR, delivery of fertility treatments and patient care.  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical protocols.  Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices in fertility care.  Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication among different departments.  Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize operational performance.  Streamline workflows and processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.  Lead and inspire a team of employees, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.  Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities.  Oversee supply chain and inventory management, ensuring efficient procurement, stock control, and logistics operations.  Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products or services meet the highest standards and customer expectations.  Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and adherence to guidelines.        Position Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred  Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations management.  Current state nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).  Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong background in fertility care or women's health.  Proven leadership and management experience, including staff supervision.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  Knowledge of fertility treatment protocols and procedures.  Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices.    Benefits: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision plans Financial wellness options, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) policy Paid holidays, including floating holidays 401k match program   Diversity & Inclusivity: At our company, we serve everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or religion.
