Duties
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Making sure all Guests experience an amazing dining experience.
Work with Kitchen Manager to ensure the Kitchen is running smoothly.
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste.
Communicate and work with other Department Managers and staff, to ensure proper reporting of transactions within all departments.
Proactively identify concerns or efficiency opportunities within departments. Team oriented communications with the head of each department and management staff is a must.
Additional duties as needed and instructed by Owner/GM/Controller.
