Communicate and work with other Department Managers and staff, to ensure proper reporting of transactions within all departments. Proactively identify concerns or efficiency opportunities within departments. Team oriented communications with the head of each department and management staff is a must. Food Safety certification required Must be friendly, courteous, and ethical; must always execute a high level of integrity.
