Salary Range - $31,200 - $37,440 ($15-$18/ hr.)
Scheduling: This position can be scheduled anytime during Galaxy 1 Marketing, Inc. office hours of 530am - 5pm Sunday-Saturday. The most common full time shift is 5 - 8 hour days Sunday through Saturday. Time scheduled can vary based on hours of operations and business needs.
Summary Answer calls and emails from technicians, DISH Network and customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answer phones and respond to customer requests including but not limited to: basic troubleshooting, programming or other general questions; answering questions about tech time of arrival; customer complaints/ issues with technician visit.
Answer phones and respond to technician requests including but not limited to: driving directions; work order details; taking statuses and non-complete notes.
Outbound calls to technicians, customers, and managers as necessary to get statuses, resolve escalations or for any number of other reasons as dictated by the business needs.
Keep up with calls, emails, excel grids, etc.
Job Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and emails.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
Basic knowledge of computers using Microsoft operating systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
