Share Email Opening Title IT Help Desk Associate (Onsite)  Description We're looking to add an IT Help Desk Associate to our team at Convivial Brands! Those three values are what guides our day-to-day operations and ensures we are moving in the right direction the right way.    The Position: Serves as the first point of contact for internal team members seeking technical assistance in person, over the phone, or by email. Performs troubleshooting of issues and determines best solution. Works with both Microsoft and iOS systems.  Sets up and managers user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocation in accordance with industry practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Manages printers (including supplies and consumables) and scanners - including configurations, implementations, and monitoring. Schedules and performs software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations. Maintains inventory of company-provided devices, printers, scanners, etc. and deploys to new team members.    Education, Training, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in the field on computer science, information technology, or business administration. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Exceptional knowledge of computer hardware. hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.  Customer-service oriented.    What's in it for you?
