IT Help Desk Associate (Onsite) 


We're looking to add an IT Help Desk Associate to our team at Convivial Brands!

The Position:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for internal team members seeking technical assistance in person, over the phone, or by email.
  • Performs troubleshooting of issues and determines best solution.
  • Works with both Microsoft and iOS systems. 
  • Sets up and managers user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocation in accordance with industry practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manages printers (including supplies and consumables) and scanners - including configurations, implementations, and monitoring.
  • Schedules and performs software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations.
  • Maintains inventory of company-provided devices, printers, scanners, etc. and deploys to new team members. 


Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field on computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of computer hardware.
  • hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Customer-service oriented.
