With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Certified Community Behavioral Health Center Data Patient Engagement Intern   Description Southeast Healthcare is a SAMSHA Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Grant recipient. Interns will work with the CCBHC Care Coordination and Data Management teams to engage patients to collect 6 month follow up surveys. Students will have the opportunity to assist with the monitoring and evaluation of a large federal grant and learn about health behavior change interventions and trauma informed care in an integrated care environment. Paying $18-$20/hour. 10-15 hours a week (flexible)   Position Requirements Undergraduate and Graduate students are welcome to apply. Experience conducting outreach and surveys, including following scripts preferred, but not required. Training will be offered. Experience and interest working with people with severe mental illness and addiction a plus.   Location Southeast, Inc.
