Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Licensing Specialist  Category Clerical   Description Job Summary This position is responsible for facilitating the processing of agents' licenses by organizing, compiling data and submitting required forms and information on a timely basis with various state insurance departments.   Essential Functions Maintain details and databases to ensure licenses are renewed on a timely basis. Ensure contracted agents are in compliance with required training, including product training and state mandated training(s). Communicate with agents regarding contracts, changes, and requests information to maintain compliance with licensing requirements. Maintain and process state licensing, appointment renewals and terminations. Work with external vendor software to track training requirements. Maintain agent documents in internal systems.   Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Effective communication skills for sharing appropriate information with agents and vendors.
