Administrative Coordinator 


Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a Administrative Coordinator for our Home Office program in Rancho Cordova, CA. Under the general supervision of Outcomes and Evaluation, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and communicating to staff as directed, managing timely submission of required program reports, providing administrative and communication support to identified Home Office departments.


This is an at-will non-supervisory position within the Home Office. The position is responsible for assisting identified department heads at the Home Office.

  • Performs administrative tasks on behalf of identified Home Office Departments
  • Supports QA and DPO with conducting compliance screenings
  • Assists with monitoring and tracking program utilization
  • Works closely with Quality Assurance Department to meet individual program QA needs (including staff rosters, credentialing, Medi-Cal Site inspections, audits, etc.)
  • Supports with data entry into established databases or tracking systems as assigned
  • Assists with the collection, organization, and maintenance of information gathered from internal and external sources
  • Develops tracking systems to ensure timely submission of reports
  • Supports with tracking completed SOPs
  • Supports executive administrative staff with purchasing of supplies
  • Supports facilities staff with troubleshooting minor issues with equipment.
  • Assists in the development office systems, procedures and policies
  • Prepares a variety of reports for submission both internally and externally
  • Provides reception/phone coverage as needed.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.29 per hour

Position Requirements


Education, Training and Experience:

A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation with an AA/AS from an accredited college/university in a related field and two (2) years of experience performing a wide variety of the duties identified above.

Note: Work experience, on a year-by-year, may be used to qualify in lieu of the education requirements.

Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:

  • California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration
  • Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.
