Clinical managers oversee the daily operation of the office while assisting the surgical team as needed. The ideal candidate has management experience, preferably in a dental setting, and the ability to take on the challenge of leading their team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Direct, supervise, and coordinate clinical functions and activities including systems, inventory, maintenance, and clinical team
• Acts as back up to the clinical team
• Performs patient chart audits and applies correction as necessary
• Ensures proper training of new clinical staff and performs annual reviews of current staff
• Ensures standards of quality care and compliance as required by state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct support to the surgeon in daily clinical operations including patient satisfaction, clinical team selection, performance, development, and other clinic-related functions as necessary
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Must have a High School Diploma and reliable transportation
• Must be motivated to learn with a passion for healthcare and direct patient care
• Dental or Oral Surgery experience
• Experience managing a medical practice or clinical coordinator experience required
• WinOMS experience (Preferred)
• Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office
• Travel is required for this position.
• Follow-thru, effective communication, and reliability are a must
Qualifications:
• CPR certification
• Radiology certification
• Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
• Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office
• Full time availability Monday – Friday (Newton: M, Th, F; Quincy: T, W)
Compensation (Full-Time Teammates):
• Compensation is dependent on certifications and years of direct patient care experience our range is $28.00-$33.00 per hour
• Full Payment for Certifications such as DAANCE, Radiology, CPR, etc.
