Lead and Manage the Kitchen Staff and Rufus Dining Hall 2. Ordering and purchasing of products for kitchen to prepare 3 meal periods according to menus written and rule of utilization of product 3. Maintaining wholesome, nutritious, and delicious food including options and choice/variety to feed Camp participant and staff members (appx 110 people) 4. Maintain budget amounts and ensure safe practices in the kitchen with proper food storage and handling, SERVSAFE follow guidelines 5. Maintain positive work environment for the campers and staff and provide best positive dining/kitchen experience for campers and staff within standard of foodservice 6.
