Description

This role would pay $20-$22 / hour, plus monthly incentives and an annual bonus.

This role is a hybrid position, requiring a few days per week in the office.

Your role at MOBE

With a passion for helping others, MOBE Engagement Specialist delivers engagement results which align to the company confirmed and active participant goals. MOBE Engagement Specialists are generally the first point of contact a Participant has with our company and are a critical part of the Participant experience. By building trust and value, this position successfully connects eligible individuals to the appropriate MOBE service. This is accomplished telephonically, primarily through outbound call campaigns.

MOBE Engagement Specialists also maintain continuity with individuals engaged in MOBE programs, responding to questions and requests for information to ensure Participants are supported.

Responsibilities:

Engagement

  • Perform outreach and outbound engagement to Participants including initial engagement, reminder, follow up and support call campaigns
  • Complete other Participant outreach calls as assigned
  • Answer inbound calls and emails to support the participant experience as needed
  • Monitor and manage online and inbound telephonic requests for information or additional support from Participants
  • Ensure MOBE client satisfaction by resolving and responding to Participant issues and requests

Other

  • Maintain flexibility, be open to new ideas and be willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development
  • Identify and constructively communicate the need for improvements or enhancements in MOBE programs and services; support continuous improvement of MOBE programs
  • All other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Required

  • Previous customer service experience such as in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Self-motivated to work independently – ability to prioritize and organize personal work to meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills - ability to adapt to different personalities and actively listen
  • Enjoy helping people
  • Empathetic and friendly personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with change and an ability to adapt
  • Has a sense of urgency and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative culture and build relationships across the team
  • Able to demonstrate high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Driven to achieve goals
  • Critical thinking and creativity - demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills
  • Strong technical or computer skills – (such as proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Salesforce)

Preferred

  • Organizational acumen
  • Ability to learn new skills and demonstrate knowledge of new subject matter
  • 6-month sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience
