Stockroom Associate 

Description

The Stockroom Associate is responsible for ensuring direct embroidery customization is completed on all garments and all emblem customization is ordered and affixed to each work order being processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Order emblems as needed online daily before noon and pull stock emblems to affix to orders.
  • Retrieve garments to be embroidered from production line.
  • Operate embroidery machine to affix incoming emblems onto garments
  • Affix work orders to finished product and scan into TRACS when completed.
  • Return completed garments to production line for delivery.
  • Communicate with management regarding status of orders.
  • Other duties as assigned

 
Position Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Experience in commercial/industrial sewing required. Work experience in a production facility strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills: Must have basic computer operation skills and ability to properly use keys/mouse/etc. Well-developed skills and working knowledge of how to operate a sewing machine and strong sewing skills (seams, repairs, etc), Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English and abilities in basic math skills. Must be detail oriented, able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Certifications & Licenses: None.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Uniform: Associates will be issued and required to wear a standard uniform in accordance with the company’s dress code policy.

PPE: Protective equipment is available and will be required to be worn as the situation dictates.
