The Licensed Social Worker will perform as the Director of Mental Health for a program that helps older teens and young adults who have been disconnected from school or work. The Director oversees the case management team that will support all participants in the program. The Social Worker will: ·Collaborate in the development of Tier based intervention plans for participants. ·Provide supervision to a team of 5 case managers and interns. ·Develop Intake strategies and psychosocial assessments ·Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, individual, and group counseling to program participants. ·Provide crisis intervention when necessary, appropriate referrals, and home visits when needed. ·Facilitate workshops on mental health for both staff and participants. ·Offer and provide continued case review to support case managers with high-risk cases. ·Develop systems to support intervention plans and case management for participants and staff. Salary Range: $65,000-70,000   Position Requirements Requires Masters degree, LCSW or LMSW and 3+ years experience working with at-risk youth.
