Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Services leadership to:
- Develop a clear and compelling roadmap for our services, aligning it with the overall company strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for service growth.
- Define and prioritize service features, enhancements, and expansions based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Product Development:
- Lead end-to-end offering development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure offering success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and operation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Customer Focus:
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and usage data, identifying areas for improvement and driving service enhancements.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Extensive experience in cyber security professional services, specifically related to Offensive Security
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
