Position Title: Community Programs Coordinator
Job Status: Non-Exempt, 40 Hours Per Week
Hourly $23.46 - $28.61
Report To: Associate Executive Director for External Relations
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director for External Relations, the Community Programs Coordinator will coordinate outreach efforts to community groups and schools and implement programming designed for specific audiences at the Lone Tree Arts Center, a multidisciplinary, multi-venue presenting facility that includes a 500-seat proscenium theater; a 200-seat black box theater; and a 350-seat outdoor amphitheater.

Outreach and Community Engagement
- Cultivate and manage relationships with community groups and schools with the desired outcome of increasing earned revenue and ticket sales.
- Identify prospective target groups for specialized community impact programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and box office staff to create consistent messaging and marketing materials describing community impact programing.
- Collaborate with marketing staff to create marketing plans designed to engage constituents in community impact programs.
- Act as liaison with community groups that have interest in the work of the Lone Tree Arts Center, such as Living and Aging Well Commission.
- Coordinate special opportunities for groups to experience sensory inclusive programming, including managing outreach to community groups and service organizations.
- Represent the Lone Tree Arts Center at community events, e.g., set up and staff information booths at resource fairs.
Programming
- Work with LTAC technical, programming, and box office staff to coordinate programming for special groups, including but not limited to aging populations; schools with high percentages of free and reduced lunch students; and visiting artist masterclasses, workshops, and residencies.
- Create a seamless experience for all groups visiting the Lone Tree Arts for programming, from initial contact to day-of hosting to post-programming follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement new programs designed to reach specific groups in the community.
- Maintain intimate and accurate knowledge of Lone Tree Arts Center programs.
- Handle special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience working for a non-profit, municipal or similar organization. Must demonstrate experience in managing multiple projects, purposes, and working closely with a wide variety of individuals. Previous experience with community outreach or engagement initiatives highly desired.

- Must be able to regularly work evenings and weekends.
