Description

Feeney Brothers Utility Services is currently seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to fill a Payroll Administrator position for 6 months.

The following highlights the responsibilities of this position:

 

  • Hire, terminate, and maintain employee payroll records:
    • Direct deposit
    • Tax withholding
    • Deductions (benefits, garnishments, etc.)
    • Compensation changes
    • Employee loan program
  • Enter weekly timesheets
    • Attendance
    • Paid time off
    • Training hours for Field Employees
    • Per diem submissions
    • Prevailing wage calculations
  • Post payroll reporting
  • Adhoc timecard reporting

 

 
Position Requirements

Requirements

 

  • Communication skills necessary to effectively relate to employees, department managers, and external persons and agencies.
  • Willingness to learn new software quickly.
  • Detail oriented and accurate.
