Share Email Opening Apply Now Title PT Skills Development Specialist- Integrated Solutions  Description Join our team as a Skills Development Specialist with the Integrated Solutions Program!   As a Skills Development Specialist, joining a treatment team, you will offer highly individualized skills assessments and building to each client by coordinating with the client’s family and their other service providers. Clients served include both youth and adults.    This high level of coordination and integration provides for intentional implementation of targeted interventions, resulting in short-term interventions with long-term solutions.   Skills training allows the participants to practice skills, knowledge and behaviors learned while with FCC. Skills training sessions can be performed in the home, school, or community to allow clients the opportunity to practice new skills needed in specific environments with a supportive person present.   Hours for this position are very flexible for this part time position!   What are the primary responsibilities of this position? Provide highly individualized training and treatment for individuals focused on developing their “core” life skills and goals. Providing life skill development to the client, which may include: Social skills, Communication and language, Academics, Vocational skills, Independent living skills Coping mechanisms Community behavior and activities of daily living that can occur in any specific setting that is helpful for that individual’s success and more!
