Share Email Opening Apply Now Title FT Mental Health Technician, Adult Community Support Program   Description Join our team as a Community Support Program Mental Health Technician!   As a CSP Mental Health Technician, you will provide comprehensive Mental Health services and support to CSP clients as assigned. Make a difference in our community while working in a supportive Team Environment.   What are the primary responsibilities of this Mental Health Technician position? Provide comprehensive mental health services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in the Community Support Program (CSP). Provide supportive contacts to CSP clients as assigned. During such contacts, provide education and assistance to clients in developing independent living skills (i.e. cleaning, hygiene, cooking, shopping, money management, social skills, attending medical appointments). This includes providing transportation or assistance setting up transportation as needed. Conduct daily evening medication delivery/client check ins as needed. This includes weekends and holidays. This also includes daily evening visit/check-in of the CSP Iris House and maintaining communication with CSP on-call during after hours and weekends/holidays to report any concerns or unusual events.  Maintain contact notes and other required paperwork in a timely manner and according to governing standards.  Collaborate with CSP Case Management Staff related to client treatment needs. This includes attending staffing meetings during scheduled shifts.  Remain current in regard to the required hours of annual staff development.  Provide fill-in or flexible coverage as requested by the CSP supervisor. This includes weekend/holiday morning/evening medication delivery and leading CSP group(s).
