Due to the rapid growth of our organization, we are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our leadership team! Responsibilities: Holds overall responsibility for the janitorial program in one specific location Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person. Handle all customer requests and complaints in a timely matter Ensure all work performed meets customer expectations and maintain a high level of overall customer satisfaction. Train, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce of employees Work with HR to ensure all shifts are properly staffed and trained Oversee scheduling and payroll for all employees working in your account Maintain budgetary compliance at all accounts, specifically with labor hours/ supplies / equipment Ensure that all janitorial equipment is in good working condition and well maintained Ensure established procedures and safety standards are being followed JSI123   This position is currently not accepting applications.
