ROHADFOX is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with regional offices throughout the United States.   Description The selected candidate will split their efforts between assisting with Change Management and performing Cost Specialist duties. Candidates called for a follow-up interview will be asked to take an Excel skills assessment. Cost Specialist Ability to work with extremely large data sets and complex pivot tables Identifies and tracks potential cost issues/overruns and investigates anomalies in budgets and actual expenditures Familiar with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and integration with accounting systems and schedule WBS Ability to track costs and budgets at all levels - internal company costs, 3rd party costs, and total project costs Provide cash flow analysis e-Builder budget set-up and management Cost tracking for each project and facilitate appropriate rollup into program reporting Funding source use analysis Perform trending analysis and e-Builder commitment forecasting to provide realistic estimate at completion Prepare program reporting Performs other duties as assigned Change Management Maintain Project Change Requests (PCR) tracking spreadsheet by project (includes real time ball in court) Review PCRs for package completeness and perform quality check including PCR form responsiveness and spell check Coordinate with PMC project liaisons to ensure that PCRs are moving forward Monitor the e-Builder Change Management folders to ensure that the various GECs are maintaining their Project Change Logs and following file naming conventions Upload final approved PCR packages into e-Builder using the file naming convention and notify stakeholders according   Position Requirements   Expert in Excel Excellent organization/time management skills Think clearly, organize thoughts, interpret data to effectively perform job duties Collect and disseminate information efficiently in a timely manner Safeguard company private communications and information of a confidential nature Perform in a professional manner with limited supervision Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a very dynamic work environment Ability to interface and work with all levels of personnel Ability to work effectively with diverse and strong personalities Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Computer skills including the ability to operate word-processing programs Effective verbal and listening communications skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Cost Specialist - Transportation   Number of Openings 1   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Req Number ACC-23-00001   EOE Statement Rohadfox is an equal opportunity employer.
