We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide support and coordination for the CEO, the Executive Management Team and the Administrative Office at our New Haven Medical facility located at 58144 Gratiot Avenue, New Haven, MI .

Under the supervison of the CEO, some of the daily responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include:

  • Works with the Executive Team in managing information, communications, correspondence, scheduling, and workflow for key projects.
  • Record, process, and distribute documents of various meetings, including Board of Directors and Executive Team.
  • As requested, prepare written and telecommunications for the Executive Team.
  • Answer and properly direct incoming calls to Administrative Department.
  • Maintain administrative and corporate records and files, electronic and paper, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a full time opportunity; 40 hours per week, onsite position.

Hours will be gained Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility based on business demands.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred AND five or more years of highly related experience
