The Agronomy Department is hiring a full time Location Manager at our Brownton, MN location!
Primary Objectives of the Position:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the location including managing third party warehouse partner contracts, inventory receiving and load out.
- Applies sound business principles in the management of the location.
- Oversees all assigned agronomy employees at the Brownton location.
- Assists in agronomy operations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Post high school training at the college or vocational level preferred
- Sales and/or management training preferred
- Experience may be substituded for education
- Previous supvervisory experience desirable
- Good people skills necessary
- Ag background a plus
