Records all serialized assets in the appropriate systems and maintains inventory. Use ServiceNow Asset Management module to identify asset needs and compliance with policy.   Category PD&IT   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree 2 years experience in customer service. 2 years experience in an office setting Attention to detail. Ability to think critically about process enhancement opportunities. Proficient in Excel. Proficiency in written and verbal English. Strong communication skills.
