Position Pay starts at: $19.00 with for candidates with no prior experience. $20 starting pay per hour if you have a Driver's License!  Pay Cycle: Every Week We also have Daily Pay! POSITION SUMMARY: General laborers will take part in unloading and unloading supplies and equipment onto company trucks. They will use tools and machinery while working in the field and perform work site preparation and clean up duties. General Laborers that are qualified to drive a Company truck may be assigned driving duties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lifts, carries, loads, and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood, tools, machinery and hardware. Make sure trucks are loaded and unloaded with proper equipment for set tasks both manually and using a fork-lift. Perform tasks such as running the weed burner to apply thermos plastic, apply 3m tape to roadway surface, and operate the paint truck striping equipment.. Clean paint equipment and setting cones on freshly painted lines. Utilize power tools to cut, grind, drill, and perform various industry related tasks. Ensure all safety rules and procedures are always adhered to. Communicate and work well with team members.   Position Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to understand and follow directions as given. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass a full Background Check, UA Drug Test. Ability to work flexible hours including evening work and weekends. Driver’s License - Preferred but not required.
