**$4,000 Sign-on Bonus**

Annual Salary $46,488

Monday - Friday 8a to 4:30p 

Since 1971, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, essential, and community-based services to citizens of the Peninsula who are affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.  

Partners in Recovery is the premier provider of quality comprehensive outpatient counseling, medication management and medication assisted treatment services to adults who are experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clinical approach is person-centered and is tailored to address the interaction of the individual's substance use and psychiatric related issues.

The LPN will assists the staff psychiatrist in the prescription, administration and monitoring of client medications; performs routine physical and mental health nursing assessments, orders and dispenses prescribed medications and other medically based treatment services and provides supportive counseling. May monitor the medical needs of clients and/or administers methadone to clients. Prepares related documents and records. Incumbent may administer drug testing, T.B. testing and other medical screening.

Requirements:  Licensed Practical Nurse  with one year of experience in the administration of medication or in a substance abuse treatment, psychiatric setting or long term care facility including the dispensing of narcotic medication.

The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.

**Current H-NNCSB staff are not eligible for sign-on bonus.
