Location: Port of Coeymans - Coeymans Industrial Park, Coeymans, NY 12045 (just south of Albany off the NYS Thruway! An easy commute!) Our repair shops are state-of-the-art, clean, efficient facilites where you will enjoy working each day. Some have on-site parts departments to help maximize efficiency while others ahave access to a dedicated parts delivery driver. For more information, apply today!  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs Front Line Mechanic inspections, preventive maintenance, and all phases or repair on heavy duty diesel equipment and trucks as per policies and procedures. Performs mechanical and electrical repairs as per policies and procedures. Responds to equipment breakdowns in the field when requested. Assists other Mechanics as needed. Operates company vehicles in accordance with company policy and safe practices. Completes all required paperwork neatly, correctly and on time. Required to respond in an emergency situation if called. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
