The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Team Members, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, and employee relations support.
Qualifications / Special Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2-4 years of HR experience is required, preferably in a hospitality environment.
SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak in English is required; Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); experience with Paycor a plus.
