The Customer Support Manager role entails acting as the lead sales support specialist within the branch.

  • Account management as well as achieving expected business goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Work with Outside Sales Executives as a liaison to complete projects and continue building relationships with existing accounts
  • Function as a sales support specialist for the Outside Sales Executives to include paperwork support, scheduling account reviews, and finalizing sales implementation
  • Sending out quotes for supply item related leads from Outside Sales Executives, following up on these quotes, and processing orders
  • Maintaining an Inside Sales monthly quota and developing new business through existing and non-existing clients

Compensation

The position offers a $40k base with existing recurring sales commissions of $6k annually, plus additional commission and bonus opportunities. There are also multiple contests throughout the year including incentive trips, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays and a 401k with a generous company match. You will also receive a vehicle allowance and a smart phone allowance for company business.

  • We're looking for a candidate who has a strong desire to work in a customer focused and consultative sales role.
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • We offer full training for products and welcome candidates to apply from various industries.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and Sales candidates must have a valid Driver License and reliable transportation
  • We’re looking for someone with good people skills and ability to motivate others.
