Assesses the patient/family psychosocial status, potential for risk of suicide and/or abuse or neglect. Assesses environmental resources and obstacles Participates in the development and revision of the plan of care. Short-term individual counseling, Crisis intervention Identifies family dynamics and communication patterns. May require licensure or certificate as required by the state, and in good standing. Demonstrated ability to work will with an interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills.
