Our focus soon shifted to providing quality management for affordable housing communities. These affordable communities provide homes for those with limited incomes including families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Today, our team has grown to nearly 350 employees managing 114 communities and more than 9,000 apartment homes. Our portfolio includes market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Section-8 communities that range in size from 6 to 344 units. We currently manage communities in California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, Tennessee, Washington State, and Virginia.

Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for understanding all company policies and procedures and assisting the Community Manager in implementing such on the property. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for effectively computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community. The Assistant Community manager is expected to always exhibit professionalism, have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships.
