Share Email Opening Title Junior Technical and Support Engineer_Remote, USA  Req Number ENG-23-00011   Requisition Category   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Remote, USA   Description We are seeking a Junior Technical and Support Engineer to support our Managed Services Division (MSD) in a remote/telework/work from home capacity.   Sawdey’s Managed Services Division (MSD) is a full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) providing IT and/or cybersecurity services to a variety of different clients (defense/government contractors, municipalities, commercial organizations, etc.).   The Junior Technical and Support Engineer will handle incoming calls, client support tickets and technical project tasks. The candidate must be a team player and provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for an IT or helpdesk individual looking to learn and get into the managed services and information security fields.   Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Desktop and laptop support. Basic networking setup and diagnostics. Ticket management and time entries. Client support requests (i.e. password resets, application issues, hardware issues). Participate in on-call rotation. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
