The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to both employees and clients on their desktop functions and technology.

The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for the following:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
  • Maintain working logs detailing all required system updates, errors, complaints, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for phone meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
  • Help assist with resolving technical issues related to network interruptions.
  • Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and applications within the company.
  • Exerts excellent time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutions.
  • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
  • Assist with AWS and Azure environments.
  • Assist with back up restore and other projects.

Shift Available:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year prior desktop support experience

Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing or sitting for an extended period
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Repetitive wrist motion
  • Audible recognition of alarms
