Stier Supply Company is a 76 year old family run and operated organization whose goal is to be the #1 Millwork Services company in the Southeast US. Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized Staffing Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to our senior leadership at our Gaston/Sandy Run, South Carolina location. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects while working independently with little to no supervision.

Duties of the Staffing Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

  • Customer Service
  • Use web applications to gather necessary information and data
  • Clearly communicate information to the field and office personnel
  • Create and maintain daily reports
  • Assist in onboarding new hires
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation 
  • Uses appropriate tools for required work including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, document, and report data

Qualities of the ideal candidate include:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Kindness
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox
  • Organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
  • Knowledge of ATS or VMS
  • Prior staffing company experience is a plus
  • Prior construction or builder supply experience is also a plus
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential material is required

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of office environment experience
