Stier Supply Company is a 75+ year old family run and operated organization whose goal is to be the #1 Millwork Services company in the Southeast US. Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized Part-Time Recruiter to provide administrative and recruiting support to our Field Recruiting team. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple job postings while working independently with minimal supervision. This role does require you to be bilingual in both Spanish and English. 

Duties of the Part-Time Recruiter include but are not limited to the following:


  • Responsible for the staffing of hourly field employees for your assigned markets.
  • Keep job postings active and up to date.
  • Screen candidates via online portal and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.
  • Take detailed notes during each interview to send to hiring management.
  • Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding preparations for your area.
  • Follow all hiring processes and procedures.
  • Run in-person new hire orientations as needed.

Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with setting up tablets and phones for new hires prior to their start date.
  • Assist in new hire training paperwork as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining weekly recruiting reports.

Position Requirements

Qualities of the ideal candidate include:

  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Google Forms.
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential material is required.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or higher is required.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is required.
  • At least one (1) year of recruiting or Human Resource experience is preferred.
